Pinecraft Death Ruled Homicide

Sarasota County Sheriff's Office is ruling a man's death in Sarasota' Amish and Mennonite community as a homicide.

Sheriff's detectives are investigating a homicide in Sarasota's quaint Amish and Mennonite village.

The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office discovered the body of Steven B. Palasz, 44 of 1350 File Ave., at the intersecton of Fry Street and Carter Avenue in Pinecraft at about 3:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to the sheriff's office.

The death is being ruled a homicide and he died of unspecified injuries, according to the sheriff's office.
