OC Residents Could Spot Ongoing Low Flying Helicopters Next Week

As part of a routine inspection, low flying helicopters will be hovering over Huntington Beach starting Monday.

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA — Starting Monday, Huntington Beach and north Orange County residents might notice low flying helicopters throughout the week, officials said.

The ongoing flights are part of an annual pipeline inspection conducted by Southern California Gas, the city of Huntington Beach announced.

"This is a routine inspection and there is no cause for alarm," officials said.
