Concord Woman Arrested On Stolen Vehicle, Theft Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Armand L. Pandong, born in 1975, of Concord, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. on March 19, 2025, on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and operating without a valid license charges as well as a lane control violation after an incident or investigation at 117 Loudon Road.

Malena L. Dasilva, 41, of Ashland, Massachusetts, was arrested at 8:22 a.m. on March 18 on transport drugs in a motor vehicle, deal-possess prescription drugs, felony possession of controlled drug-sale, and three felony possession of a controlled drug charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Tru By Hilton at 406 S. Main St.

John H. Camden, 41, of Concord, was arrested at 9:01 a.m. on March 17 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Peter J. Raymon Jr., 57, of Manchester, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on March 16 on criminal threatening and disorderly conduct charges after an incident or investigation on Canal Street in Penacook.

Zachary R. Mullen, born in 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 4:51 p.m. on March 15 on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and two bench warrants. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Hall Street.

Nicole L. Weeks, 41, of Concord, was arrested at 2:02 a.m. on March 14 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Liberty Street.

Anne-Marie Ruggles, 51, of Concord, was arrested at 11:48 a.m. on March 3 on a warrant and two bench warrants after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road as well as unauthorized use-rented vehicle-$1,500-plus and theft by unauthorized taking-$1,500-plus felony counts as well as a theft of services-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 28 Manchester St. One warrant was issued after she failed to appear at a probation violation hearing in Belknap County Superior Court on Dec. 5, 2024, and Jan. 2 after pleading guilty to a controlled drug-subsequent charge out of Belmont in January 2021 and receiving a two-to-four-year suspended sentence. She was issued $2,000 cash bail and has another probation violation hearing on April 3.

Corey James Miller, 32, of Concord, received a summons at 9:35 a.m. on March 3 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation on Hall Street.

Tyler Joseph Conte, born in 1987, of Penacook, was arrested at 11 p.m. on March 2 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal threatening charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Washington Street in Penacook.

Donald F. Guarente, born in 1974, of Concord, was arrested at 11:38 a.m. on March 2 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Market Basket at 15 Merchants Way in Penacook.

Amber Lynn Gelinas, born in 1989, of Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant at 9:41 p.m. on March 1 as well as stalking, felony possession of a controlled drug, and breach of bail charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Ashley E. Coleman, 42, was arrested at 8:17 p.m. on Feb. 28 on receiving stolen property-$1,501-plus and theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus, both felony counts, as well as theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, driving after revocation or suspension, and resisting arrest or detention charges. She was arrested after being accused of stealing an ambulance at Concord Hospital. Coleman was held on preventive detention and is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for a dispositional conference hearing on June 26.
